PROBATE APPLICATIONS
In Ontario, the process of administering the estate of a deceased individual can be streamlined through a "small estate" probate procedure, offering a faster and less costly alternative to the regular probate process. This simplified route is available for estates valued at $150,000 or less. Jonathan has experience preparing application packages for Small Estate Certificates and Certificates of Appointment of Estate Trustee. If a financial institution is requiring "probate" or either of the documents indicated above, Jonathan can assist.
