Jonathan was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario. He graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honors Bachelor of Arts with distinction in 2012, where he studied Political Science, English and History.

In 2017, Jonathan enrolled in the Paralegal program at Mohawk College. He graduated with honors and was licensed in 2019. He then earned his JD at the University of Ottawa - while running a full-time paralegal practice. He has passed both Ontario bar exams and is waiting to be called to the bar.

Jonathan has worked in both the public and private sector, in areas of law such as criminal, civil litigation, insurance defence, human rights and quasi-criminal offences. Prior to law, he had roles in hospitality, logistics, and customer service. His experience in other spheres offers him a unique perspective and is a driving force behind his client-focused approach to law.

In his spare time Jonathan is an avid musician, DJ, photographer and writer. His interests include investing, NFL football, and the culinary arts.
